A: Most career candidates of Kelly Financial Resources seeking new full-time positions come to us already holding an existing job.  We've spent our 50 years helping our candidates make transitions in their careers.  We understand that confidentiality is a high priority. Rest assured that your credentials will never be presented to a client until we've discussed the opportunity with you and have received permission from you to move forward.

Q: If Kelly Financial Resources finds me a new full-time job, do I owe them any type of fee?
A: No. We operate as a contingency search firm and any fees are paid by our client companies.

Q: What if the contract position I'm placed in isn't right for me?
A: Our recruiters follow an extensive process to understand your career objectives before you are placed in a job, helping to ensure your best placement. However, there may be a rare occasion when your job just doesn't work out. In this case, your recruiter will work with you to find a job that better suits your needs.

Q: What happens if I’m on a project assignment that ends?
